MissionWe are a different kind of company offering a different kind of product. We are Fijians and Americans working together to offer a natural alternative to seasonal medicines that are made in industrial factories by huge conglomerates. We call ourselves "Nature's Nurse" because we believe in a natural approach to caring for the body. We care for You, naturally!  Who we areNature’s Nurse, Inc. is a remarkable vibrant company helping many people. More and more individuals and groups like to be a part of our team because it has several powerful story lines: world exclusivity for producing and providing Fijian Red Mangrove™—a powerful natural product for nasal-and- bronchial challenges one would relate with cold symptoms; minority owned; supporting indigenous people; promoting the environment; caring for and creating peace for the children around the globe, all in a new model of conducting for-profit business that honors and considers all the aforementioned. It is life-and-business sustaining and brings out the best in all we do.
Where we startedIn 1989 somewhere over the Atlantic Ocean flying in route to Australia. Ms. Resina Koroi and Dr. Ted Anders (Company Founders) began conversing. Resina, native Fijian, invited Ted, as her guest, to discover the natural pharmacopeias of Fiji for possible solutions for his daughter’s reoccurring sinus and ear infections. Beginning with Resina’s expert herbologist mother, they began going village-to-village conducting research inquiring from shaman, experts, mothers and grandmothers, what remedies were effective for various health issues. Having been used generation after generation, the Fijian Red Mangrove (Fiji Titi – as they call it in Fiji) came up time-and-time again for nasal-bronchial and sinus related symptoms. After considerable friend and relationship building, the Tribal Chiefs (Resina’s grandfather was a Chief) of the Fijian Community granted Resina and Ted (Nature’s Nurse, Inc.) the gift of sharing this ancient remedy with western and other cultures of the world. Now Nature’s Nurse, Inc. has renewable world-wide exclusive rights to harvest and sell the special Fijian Red Mangrove™. A Funny Story - The ceremony was concluded with Ted having to push, while on his hands and knees, a whale-bone across the floor in front of the Tribal Elders. This is a custom that, once upon a time, if the elders did not accept the proposal (the bone-pushing), Ted would have become dinner. Originally, the Fijian Red Mangrove was brought in the US as dried and pounded raw-root to make tea. Purests’ loved the tradition of making their own tea with it, and it quickly evolved into our current product – a powerful, all-natural, preservative and alcohol-free, sweet-tasting, non-refrigerated, multi-year shelf-life, liquid that kids and adults like and to which they respond exceptionally rapidly.
Where we are nowNature’s Nurse, Inc. is marketing and selling through like-minded groups of people such as yours with up to 40% of proceeds going to the Fijians, fund raisers, and other charitable outreaches. We’ve specifically chosen the method in order to eliminate middlemen so that the company can be driven by generosity (new business concept) – help families be healthy, return significant resources back to Fiji, and to help children and others in the US and around the world. You can purchase it as an individual, as a group, and for fundraising. Doing so helps lots of people in positive ways. Scientifically and clinically, results of initial clinical tests with Fijian Red Mangrove™ significantly outperform the standard for an “effective drug” (see Research). The product exceeds all requirements for nutritional supplements as established by DSHEA (herbal legislation), the USDA (governing body), and FDA (affiliated indirectly to the USDA relative to nutritional supplements). The Chief Pharmacist of Fiji within the Ministry of Health warrants the safety of Rhizaphora Mangle (Fijian Red Mangrove) for human consumption. Where we are going 100’s of organizations will be partnering with Nature’ Nurse to distribute RESPIGARD™ and future product offerings where it benefits the health of their members, the reduction of poverty among Fijian women and families, and the peace and well being of the children around the globe—while simultaneously raising funds for their own initiatives of goodness. |
